Thank you for your interest in joining the Taste of the 570's "Chef Throw Down," friendly competition against two of your colleagues in the local restaurant scene. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to incorporate a locally sourced mystery ingredient into an appetizer, main, and dessert for our panel of judges. You and your fellow chefs will be allotted a 60-minute window to cook , plate, and present your creation using the ingredients available in our fully-stocked Gather Kitchen Incubator.
